Shen developed a keen interest in people and culture during his university days majoring in anthropology and sociology. This interest becomes a passion for strategising and activating communication campaigns for brands like volvo, ocbc bank, proton, guthire properties, electrolux and maxis.

His more than 25 years of brand engagement skills have been horned at various international agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, Ted Bates, Batey Ads and Asatsu. In between his work commitments, he contributed to the advertising industry by being a two term council member of the Malaysian 4As (Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies) and lecturing at IACT College (Institute Advertising and Communication Training) and LUCT (Limkokwing University of Creative Technology). He also represented the 4As on the approval committee of the Matrade (Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation) Brand Promotion Grant.

His continuing passion is to help brands connect with their external and internal stakeholders to raise the brands’ long term value.
